Allen Creek Apartments Lottery Waitlist Opens September 1
The Housing Authority of Jackson County will open the lottery waitlist for Allen Creek Apartments, located in Grants Pass, on September 1, 2026, at 8:00 a.m.
The initial lottery waitlist application period will be open from September 1, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. through September 15, 2026, at 4:30 p.m.
Applicants interested in housing at Allen Creek Apartments are encouraged to submit their applications during this initial application period.
New lower rent amounts: 1 bedroom $870, 2 bedroom $1040, 3 bedroom $1200
