Patio Village Apartments

Patio Village is located in Talent at 233 Eva Way. It is a 64 unit subsidized apartment community for elderly (62+) and/or disabled residents. These apartments have semi-private patio areas, a community center and multiple laundry rooms.

Amenities include:
Air Conditioning, Patios, Community Center, On-Site Laundry Rooms

Rent Amounts (Security deposit is equal to minimum rent):
Rents for 53 out of the 64 units are subsidized, meaning the amount the tenant pays will be approximately 30% of their monthly income.  For units without subsidy, the rents are as follows:

2 Bedroom $550 $662

Income Limits
Households must have annual gross income less than the following amounts:

Minimum and maximum number of people per unit are as follows:
1 Bedroom 2 Bedroom
1-3 People 2-5 People
